The item is supposed to be ironing - free.On opening the package, there were deep creases in most parts of the item. In all, spent one hour ironing out the creases.

This product was bought for my daughter for Christmas so I have no idea how she will feel about it as I am not even sure it is the right product, as when I originally went to order it from the link she had given me it said it was out of stock, but when I went to order an alternative a few days later it popped up too so I am not quite sure what I ordered! It looks nice in the packaging, anyway.
