The boots are good quality, but they can be the best quality in the world but if sold as a size too small (sold as size 9 but are actually an eight eu42) then they are useless.Sort out your sizing LTS.

I've had problems with LTS shoe sizing in recent years and so I measured each foot carefully, in accordance with LTS's sizing guidelines. In theory the boots should have been slightly on the large side, but I often have to put insoles into LTS boots, so I wasn't concerned. However, the reality was that the boots were very stiff and narrow, and didn't reflect the sizing guidelines at all. I was in two minds whether to keep them, but after spending time (and patience!) massaging the stiff leather, I have now broken them in and they are actually quite comfortable. I'm glad I decided to keep them as they are lovely boots, but bear in mind that they do come up a bit small. Originally posted on www.longtallsally.com
