Ordered online for holiday as tried in store but didn't have colour I wanted in stock. Shoes I received had obviously been worn (a lot) as wrinkled at the back, marked on top of one shoe and stained inside - was shocked at the condition they arrived in. They had obviously been returned used and not checked before sending out again. I'm sure the shoes would have been lovely and I don't like giving poor reviews . but really not happy. I am a size 7/41 Most other places size their products this way. Pavers sizes are 7/40. Mindful that leathergives I opted for this size rather than go up to an 8. - wrong! Far too small. Spent a week trying to see if I could break them in and they would stretch (and murdering my feet) so of course I can't return them. Will try to sell them on but will take a monetary hit.
